Depending on Google Adsense As The Only Online Income? Even Adsense Has Bad Days
If you are familiar with Adsense, you should know that even top Adsense earners have days when their income from this widely used Google product isn’t up to par.
Depending on Adsense for all of your advertising revenue only works for the very few indeed. Most people need to incorporate different advertising mediums into their websites in order to maintain a consistent stream of income.
Affiliate programs can help but you need to be certain that the affiliate program you are offering up through your website ads, matches the content. If you fail to do this, you just cannot expect to maintain the same level of advertising revenue you have come to expect on the days where Adsense is performing well.
It can be difficult to find the right affiliate program for your niche. Test and try different programs and keep a log which details which ads work on which days. My Adsense earnings are highest Tuesday through Friday. You may post new content on different days and therefore, your revenue from any particular type of advertiser will fluctuate to some degree as well.
What ever you do, don’t give up on Adsense. Use tools like Google Analytics. You can use the Wordpress Google Analytics plugin and simply follow the instructions offered by Google from inside your Google account. Just click on Analytics.

If you seem to be failing with one combination, try and try again. Eventually you will come up with a combination that compliments your Google Adsense earnings. Be patient and be analytical.
