If you have not tried the new Google Affiliate Network, you may want to have a look see. While the Google Affiliate Program ( Connect Commerce) does not have hundreds of affiliate products and merchants, the merchants they do have seem to work failry well at least for me they do. Google is sure to add new, quality affiliate programs and affiliate products to their network in the coming days but, you may want to get on board now and take advantage while their are not so many affiliates saturating their merchant products yet.

Why Choose Google Affiliate Network?

Google seems to be working hard to ensure that only high quality and high converting affiliate products are offered through their affiliate network. There are some categories with none or very few affiliate product merchants. I could not find any affiliate products or merchants under the real estate category. 

 

Some of the big names are moving from other affiliate networks to the Google Affiliate Network and my quess is that those affiliate merchants are doing so in part because it is Google.  Perhaps they are counting on Google becoming very successful with their Affiliate Network because of Google's success with Adsense and pretty much anyhting else Google dives into. I am not an expert on Google so I cannot answer that, I can only guess.

 

   

 

What Good Companies Offer Products Through The Google Affiliate Network?

Some of the merchants in the Google Affiliate Network or Google Affiliate Program are:

Clarin cosmetics and beauty products. Clarin is a best seller for me. I like their products and so do my readers. The conversion rates are good so if you are looking for a high quality affiliate program related to luxury cosmetics and personal beauty, Clarin would work well for you.

Homeclick is with the Google Affiliate Network now and they have amazing home and garden products. Homeclick also has very good conversions and I am sure they must be a good fit with Google's affiliate network.

Vonage is with Google now and although I have not personally promoted their products available to affiliates with Google, they are a very high converting program.

 

 

   

 

Of course there are many more affiliate products and merchants available with the Google Affiliate Network, I cannot list them all. These are a few of the good ones in my humble opinion.

How About The Admin Panel With The Google Affiliate Network

I like the interface that Google offers with their affiliate network. The control panel is easy to use and their reporting is awesome as well. I think Google will do very well with the new network but, they definately need to get more merchants. The only drawback for me was just that. With affiliate networks like Commission Junction offering thousands of merchants and affiliate products, Google will have a hard time overpowering them unless they get more high quality products for us affiliates to promote.

Affiliate Network Scams - But Not Google Thank Goodness

Thank goodness the Google Affiliate Network has not had a scam like Commission Junction yet. Commission Juntion and what happened with them makes all affiliates worry a little about whether we are actually getting paid for every click and sale we make. I hope this isn't something to worry about anymore with Commission Junction as they do have some top notch products and merchants. I personally have not had a problem with them but, I have tried to use as many other affiliate networks as possible because it has made me leary of them.

So deffinately take a good look at the Google Affiliate Network and I am sure you will probably find some affiliate product or merchant you will want to promote with them.
